Coronado Mobile Storage (DBA: Convenient Mobile Storage) provides the self storage room that comes to you! Via the delivery of an all steel 8' X 20' steel cargo container, our storage concept allows our customers to fulfill their storage needs without ever having to leave their homes or business.

The use of cargo containers to store your goods makes sense when you consider that almost everything in your house has been in a cargo container at some time. Containers are the means by which your belongings got from the original manufacturer to your local furniture show room floor.

They are strong, fire proof, and inexpensive.

Most containers are delivered on trailers so that, after the container has been loaded, it can be returned and stored at our Chula Vista Self Storage location. Clients may access their containers 7 days a week. No client has ever claimed losing anything due to fire or theft at our facility.

Many of our clients opt to have the storage container placed on the ground at their location during the lease (which works well for tool storage during major home renovations).


Founded in 1996, with only 2 storage containers and one truck and serving only the City of Coronado, our company has grown to over 450 storage containers, and 13 delivery vehicles. We are small enough to concentrate on our client's desire for perfect service and yet large enough to service all of San Diego County. We provide the very best of San Diego Self Storage.
