Coronado Mobile Storage Acquires 500th Container

Coronado Mobile Storage, the company that delivers mobile self storage space delivered directly to homes and businesses, is proud to announce the purchase of its 500th steel storage container. The container was delivered to Peter and Diana Elia of Guadalupe Ave., Coronado, on Friday, August 30.

Founded in 1996 with only two containers by Geoff Davis, Coronado Mobile Storage (CMS) is currently operating at 97% occupancy.

“CMS provides the storage room that comes to you,” said Office Manager David Rahill. “CMS delivers an all-steel ocean shipping container that remains on a trailer in front of your house. After the container has been loaded, call us; and we will return it to our storage facility. When you need something, your container can be delivered to your location; or you can access it at our storage facility.

“By calling for our service, you will avoid the effort of renting a rental truck, driving an unwieldy vehicle, unloading the truck, loading a building, fueling and returning the rental truck.”

If clients need help loading or packing, Coronado Mobile Storage provides a list of people who are eager to help.

Coronado Mobile Storage provides space at rates that are far less than the “going rates” charged by self-storage buildings located along the coast.
